I just got my E71-2…. I wasn’t really excited, newegg had it on sale for 300 so I nabbed it. After a few hours, and changing the product code so i could update the firmware, man it just kicks ass!! The update made it even faster than it already was.! it kicks so much arse, it seems like everytime i use it, there is some chinese guy kicking/punching holes in someone else’s house! Camera seems better too after the update.

Nice video.
I can only recommend this phone its great.
The size of the keypad is just perfect – really nice to type.
About the camera, its quality is great for snapshots. Dont forget this is not a camera, its a business mobile.

Both good devices. Though I’d choose between the N95 8GB and E71. Try my Grid and see what it recommends!!

Er… type in the URL. Then choose ‘Use desktop version’ etc.

Hey Steve, I have a question concerning my E71. Isn’t it supposed to have a really fast internet ability? I’m using WLAN via our wireless 8mbit broadband at home so that’s not the problem. I am NOT impressed with the speed at all, and I wonder what might be the problem. Or maybe I just had high expectations. As an example, it took the phone about 25 seconds to fully load IMDB home page. So slow, I think. So, do you think there’s something wrong, or is it just my expectations? Thanks in advance.

Not a limit. Just what Nokia have tested against. 16GB should be fine, treated gently?

Probably a bug when using cards this large? Check for a firmware update?

Hi steve,
Can you please help me. I am using a 16GB card with my e71 and it seems working fine expect when I try to refresh the music library, it stuck, what I meant was the music player stuck cos I can use everthing else fine. Thanks in advance.

All S60 phones have video calling, I believe. Not that anyone ever uses it.

Not sure about Korea. But some Nokias aren’t made in Finland… Try it out in-store for real, to see if it’s a fake or not?
