Dell’s first foray into the mobile phone market is the Dell Mini 3, aimed initially at China and Brazil. Will customers be tempted by the Dell name?

thats very ugly
shall i get one? plz someone answer, i’m bored with the i phone!
Dell support in UK is terrible. My house mate had problem with laptop display for which they asked £400 to fix it. U can buy a new one with that money. Another friend returned his laptop after 14 days of buying bcoz of defective hardware. DELL dont have good reputation in UK.
Agreed. Everytime my computer has had a problem they’ve been able to help me fix it or send a technician to do the job. Of course everyone has their own experience so I wouldn’t write off the critics either, but I would say its bad customer support either.
Very opinionated review, wrong opions too. Dell support always has been good for me. Probably because I’m not an ID10T user! HA! The phone is coming to the USA via AT&T, which is a very good thing.
DO NOT BUY THIS BULLSHIT!
yeah im getting kinda bored of iphone so i will probably get it, but if i had no cell phone i would definetly pick the iphone.
It will go to Att
Isn’t this interface the most horrible thing ever? Gosh, when I first heard the rumors on a Dell smartphone I was hoping they went, at least to the Windows Mobile road or Android. Not… this… thing…
I’m in Brazil, and Dell has a quite good service support around here. So good that people actually buy extended warranty. I don’t know what is the situation in China, though.
I wonder will I be able to purchase an extended 3 year warranty on this phone? And maybe and extra business priority warranty so that I get to speak to someone within 2 minutes of calling their helpline…wooo I’m so excited….not.
I am glad Puerto Rico has Claro wireless company. But I just get my self a 2 years contrat with Att Iphone. I want a Dell Mini 3.
The thing with Dell is that the kit can be very, very good.. but if you have any kind of problem then it falls apart quite rapidly. But compare with with the iPhone, and it just isn’t “sexy” is it?
It’ll be interesting to see what Dell come up with. Although they have poor customer service, I’ve never had any problem with their PC’s.
It’s got Mini USB for charging/connectivity instead of MicroUSB which is the current world standard , wonder what’s wrong with Dell?
first
What the f.. is the hole shit about bad customer service??!!
