The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is one hell of a crappy phone. We gave it to my brother Friday night as a birthday gift. Since he has a pre-paid phone, he can’t get the phones cheaper using the upgrades. This was his first smart phone and he liked it. However, I know of this and the Android 1.6 looks limited and the screen looks washed out. Last night, he came to me saying that the phone would not charge. No matter what I did, it wouldn’t charge or connect to the pc. It also restarts itself.

I’ve been using the unlocked X10i (Euro version) since April. The X10i doesn’t support true multi-touch because it’s hardware limited. I can’t wait until we finally get the Android OS update to 1.6. That isn’t a true flash because 1.6 doesn’t support camera flash. When activated that light just sort of stays on until the shutter is pressed.

About xperia x10 mini GPS work with 3G and with Wi Fi. I try and its work nicely. Realy nice phone but if somebody have a unlocking code I want to use for other network. thx

I’m wondering the same thing as zmey1989. Do you need 3G or wifi for the A-GPS to work? or can i just download the map and use that as the database. I’m gonna get the x10 this weekend
