You hate to shoveling the snow from your yard? Me too! Show this video to your wife and you will be free

While shoveling snow seems like a harmless task to many, health experts warn it can pose a risk to some individuals’ hearts. Cardiologists from the Cleveland Clinic say the combination of cold weather and straining of ones arm and leg muscles when shoveling snow can increase a person’s risk for a heart attack. Doctors say the cold weather often constricts a person’s arteries and thereby less blood can flow to a straining heart, causing a heart attack. Health experts advise individuals who are predisposed to a heart attack to take frequent breaks or hire someone more physically fit to shovel their snow. Signs of a heart attack include chest discomfort, pain in the arm or neck, breaking out in a cold sweat and nausea.
