how do i upload music on it do i use usb cord?

I only have iTunes on my computer. Can i load songs from that onto here? Also, is there any way like when you get the phone to have an att represenative delete those extra contacts from the feeds. Please reply. I am planning to buy this no commitment because i am not due for an upgrade. Is this a good phone compared to my phone; the Pantech Matrix?

Good review just one correction though. You can text on the screen the key board is like the QWERTY blackberry style keyboard.
